During the Friday 21 and Saturday 22 April, for the first time the non-executive board of Curas had a formal meeting.

The board discussed the branding, the potential suppliers and distribution candidates and supported the continued strategy implementation.

The chairman Mr. Ole Strange concluded that the development of Curas Ltd. was progressing in accordance to plan and that the financial situation is continuously satisfactory and it was therefore agreed to continue the efforts to open the Asian regional office in Penang, Malaysia.

Curas is committed to service Asia and its potential. Today’s Medical Device industry is centered on a significant expansion of production and development throughout Southeast Asia, and Curas has analyzed that Penang (Malaysia) will be a suitable and competitive hub.

We believe that the Asian market has not yet realized its significant potential in Europe or elsewhere; thus sees it as a strategic objective to assist Asian players pushing their limits.

Curas would like to thank KPMG and its staff in Georgetown Penang for the professional advice during the negotiations.
