As a result of positive, detailed and constructive discussions with Euromed Inc. of USA; we are pleased to announce the future co-operation. Euromed Inc. (located an hour north west of New York City) has a strong heritage and technology platform developing and producing hydrocolloid wound care products for several markets; hospitals, nursing homes, home health care and the retail sector, plus medico producers using hydrocolloid material in their products.

Euromed is today run by the son of the late Ole Jensen, who many regard as a true pioneer in the hydrocolloid industry. Today’s senior officer Jarl Jensen runs a profitable business with strong annual growth rates outperforming the industry. It is agreed that the initial focus shall be on Euromed’s significant opportunity to win OEM style business.
