Curas is scheduling an upgrade to its key Hygiene Pulp™ product namely REF 08000 Bedpan 2L. The new product has been developed throughout 4Q 2013 and technical drawings and structural tests were approved in early 1Q 2014.

The new product has three new design advantages:

• Improved capacity improves patient safety
• Rounded corners provide enhanced water-resistance performance
• Accurate fit to plastic support REF 08100 by Curas
• Adjusting quantity of packaging to 50pcs inner bags / 150pcs cartons

Production of the new products commences in March 2014 and will enter into the Curas international supply chain through May and June 2014. The minor changes of packaging quantities (per inner bag and carton) will bring the product into line with the sister products REF 08001 Slipper Pan Midi which is likewise packed 50pcs (bag) and 150pcs (carton). Default palletization in Curas international logistical hub in Belgium will be for 80x120cm pallets/skids.
