Description
Medium-term use of drainage bags is, normally, considered to be 3-4 days of use; for example in a post-OP hospitalization situation. In such a scenario, or a similar one, it is a rather normal procedure to apply a Closed System bag in order to maximize patient safety in terms of preventing a urinary tract infection.
Caring for a patient in a post-OP situation is always a delicate task, and for the nursing staff responsible for this care it is paramount to know that the urine bag used is safe, supportive and cost-effective.
Curas C4 is designed to meet the end-user demands for specific features such as a reliable bottom-outlet, a high quality needle-free sampling port, bed-hanger options, as well as sheet clamps and so forth.
